Root of the brief
We start by figuring out what is actually broken in the client process and where AI gives real leverage. We do not build "AI-on-top-of-everything" — we build where there is data, repeatability, and ownership.
We are a small product team that builds custom AI for business — agents, RAG, GPT integrations, and operational automation. We work directly, with no middle layer. The founder has 20+ years in serious engineering.
The team has worked together since 2022. Before that, the founder built infrastructure and products for companies of very different scale — from global platforms to industrial startups.
Demonware (Activision · Call of Duty) — multiplayer backend infrastructure for tens of millions of players.
biometric.vision — CTO. Computer vision and identity pipelines in production.
Santufei / Kaspi Travel — Lead Developer. High-load product platform.
gdematerial — CTO. SaaS architecture and build from zero to revenue.
Olympus DAO — DeFi infrastructure and contracts in a multi-billion economy.
No proprietary framework, no hiding behind methodology. The logic is simple: understand the root of the brief, take the shortest path to a working result, ship it.
We start by figuring out what is actually broken in the client process and where AI gives real leverage. We do not build "AI-on-top-of-everything" — we build where there is data, repeatability, and ownership.
A written scope: what is in, what is out, risks, checkpoints. If the brief is bigger than the team can carry, we say so up front.
A working prototype on your data and integrations — before the extended contract is signed. If the prototype does not show a result, there is no point continuing.
Production with metrics, logs, and a clear admin panel. After that — support and iteration against real-world scenarios.
You talk directly to the people writing the code. No account managers, no week-long approvals.
Before fixing the prompt or the UI, we find where in the process the pain is. AI does not heal a broken process.
We think like a product team: what the user does, what we measure, what gets better after release.
If an LLM is not the right fit — we say it. If the brief is solved by classical ML or without AI — we say it. We hold an internal "build it for ourselves" bar.
A prototype in weeks, but not the kind you rewrite after the demo. We build it so it can travel to production.
Most clients stay with us on support and iteration after the first release. That is the quality metric we look at first.
Names and roles. Everyone ships on real projects.
